At this year's Hannover Messe, EMERSON presented the next-generation valve system XV Compact from AVENTICS, which increase automation flexibility and improve the performance of pneumatic equipment.
Simplicity without compromise
The XV-Compact series offers extensive possibilities and reliability, making the path to streamlining device efficiency accessible and seamless. Available versions include: XV03 with a flow rate of up to 350 NL/min and XV05 with a flow rate of up to 880 NL/min. The wide range of accessories includes pressure regulators, shut-off valves, valves, pressure zone separators, flow rate limiting modules, additional pressure modules, etc.

High-performance valve features
- Electrical parallel wiring options include D-SUB 25 and 44 Pin in top or side direction as well as spring clamps and terminal strip. All connection options can be easily changed after installation.
- Support for leading communications protocols, including Profinet, Ethernet I/P, EtherCAT, Powerlink, Modbus TCP, IO-Link and AS-I to help accelerate digital transformation of machines and production lines.
- Compact dimensions with pneumatic connections on the front, or bottom of the module provide greater flexibility to fit into tight cabinet configurations.
- Both BSPP and NPT connector threads available in all markets to simplify valve inventory selection for machine builders serving global markets.
