At this year's Hannover Messe, EMERSON presented the next-generation valve system XV Compact from AVENTICS, which increase automation flexibility and improve the performance of pneumatic equipment.

The XV Series includes the XV03, with flow volumes up to 350 liters per minute in normal conditions (NL/min), and the XV05, providing up to 880 NL/min. Wide variety of accessories include pressure regulators, shut-off valves, pressure zone separators, flow rate speed modules and pressure supply modules.

High-performance valve features
- Electrical parallel wiring options include D-SUB 25 and 44 Pin in top or side direction as well as spring clamps and terminal strip. All connection options can be easily changed after installation.
- Support for leading communications protocols, including Profinet, Ethernet I/P, EtherCAT, Powerlink, Modbus TCP, IO-Link and AS-I to help accelerate digital transformation of machines and production lines.
- Compact dimensions with pneumatic connections on the front, or bottom of the module provide greater flexibility to fit into tight cabinet configurations.
- Both BSPP and NPT connector threads available in all markets to simplify valve inventory selection for machine builders serving global markets.
