Pumps and Hydraulic Motors
Prerequisites
The course participants are expected to have a technical background and to have completed a course in general basic hydraulics or a similarly focused course. The training is intended for: service personnel, installers, entry-level designers, machine operators, mobile service and personnel who provide repairs to hydraulic equipment.
We will teach you:
Repetition of basic pump issues, parameters- Focus on pumps according to customer requirement
- Pumps and hydraulic motors constant, gear, vane, piston, spindle
- Pumps and hydraulic motors, regulating, piston, vane
- Pumps type A10 VSO, A10 VSG
- Pumps type A4VSO
- Hydromechanical controls, DR, DFR, DRG, DFLR
- Electrohydraulic controls DFE1, HS, EO1
- Commissioning of pumps
- Pump replacement, serviceability, and fluids
