Pneumatics and Electro-Pneumatics
Prerequisites
A technical background and completion of a course in general fundamentals of hydraulics is assumed. The training is intended for: service and installation personnel, designers, machine operators, mobile service and personnel who provide repairs of pneumatic systems.
We will teach you:
Properties of compressed air - density, viscosity and their dependence on pressure and temperature, gas equation of state - basic calculations- Compressed air production and treatment
- Design and working principle of pneumatic elements
- Pneumatic motors
- Flow direction control elements (switchgear)
- Elements for controlling the size of the flow
- Pressure control elements
- Auxiliary, special elements and compressed air lines
- Elements of vacuum technology
- Orientation in drawing documentation
- Electro - circuits in the tire, their explanation
- Practical exercises - wiring basic circuits
- Practical exercises - wiring of more complex circuits - electro-pneumatics
