General Basics of Hydraulics
Prerequisites
A technical background is assumed for participants of the course. The training is intended for: service and installation personnel, designers - beginners, machine operators, mobile service and personnel who provide repairs of hydraulic equipment.
We will teach you:
Basic laws of physics in hydraulics- Basic physical quantities and their units
- Hydraulic markers, reading, compositions of circuits
- Hydraulic circuits: open and closed
- Overview of pumps, their functions and parameters
- Overview of the different types of pump control and explanation of function
- Overview of hydraulic motors - linear and rotary, their functions and parameters
- Hydraulic elements for flow throttling, slide and seat valves
- Hydraulic elements for pressure control, relief and pressure reducing valves
- Pipes and piping, tanks
- Hydraulic fluids and their use in systems
- Maintenance and filtration of liquids, choice of filters
- Accumulators, systems with accumulator units
- Logic valves
- Circuits of mobile equipment, vehicles, circuits of excavators / agricultural machines
- Functional examples of circuits on hydropracticators
