Our employees from the Pneumatic Systems and Linear Technology departments attended an EMERSON product training session on AFAG components at the Amberg manufacturing plant in Germany.
AFAG is a "new member" of the EMERSON family. It is a Swiss brand and the acquisition of EMERSON - AFAG took place at the end of 2023. This brand will be integrated under the AVENTICS pneumatic components that our company already offers to its customers. AFAG stands out in the market for its quality workmanship, high precision and long service life of components.
In addition to components, the AFAG-AVENTICS brand also offers customers complete Feeding and Handling solutions. Feeding are components and solutions for feeding, sorting, sliding, etc. Handling are electrical and pneumatic products for the handling of components such as gripping rotary modules, linear axes, gantry products, etc. It was these areas of automation that the training focused on. Our employees had the opportunity to get to know the products of this brand in detail and to verify the acquired knowledge by practical demonstrations. In addition to knowledge, we also gained new contacts and strengthened the old ones.
