Bosch Rexroth's family of compact modules is expanding with a new performance standard - the 280 size.
This model achieves 56 % more payload capacity in a compact space compared to the largest version to date, the CKK/CKR-200.
With a maximum load of up to 385 kg, it opens up completely new application possibilities - from high-precision machine tool assembly, to handling heavy wooden panels in furniture production, or for the repeatable, high-performance assembly of battery modules.
And all this with movements up to 5.5 metres, with acceleration up to 5 g - the ideal solution for applications with extremely short cycle times.

MAXIMUM RIGIDITY AND FLEXIBILITY FOR MODERN AUTOMATION
The new compact modules with ball screw drive (CKK) or belt drive (CKR) offer:
High rigidity against longitudinal and torsional moments, ensuring accuracy and reliability even in demanding applications.
Extraordinary flexibility in use - from single-axis to multi-axis systems and linear robots.
Simplified designing, which saves time and reduces development costs.
Complete automation packages including motors, open and closed loop controllers and optional control software, greatly speeding up commissioning.
Easy adaptation to changes in the process, enabling rapid responses to new production requirements.
These features make production automation with CKK/CKR modules easier, faster and more efficient.
