The combination of a pneumatic gripper, a rotary module with infinite rotation, and integrated control via IO-Link provides more intelligent control, simpler implementation, and higher reliability.

External control is not required. The key innovation is the integrated controller within the SREH rotary module itself, which is unique on the market. This eliminates the need for external units and simplifies implementation.
Single-cable technology. One cable carries both power and signals, reducing wiring complexity and streamlining system architecture.
Compact & modular design. The compact design combines gripping and rotating functions without interference. Standardised interfaces allow for easy integration with other handling systems, simplifying design and assembly.
The highest speed in the industry. Pick and place cycle times from 80 ms for 180° positioning and a maximum rotation speed of up to 716 min⁻¹.
Endless rotation. Freely programmable, continuous rotation without interference from cables or hoses, providing greater versatility for various applications.
Optimised grip. The adjustable gripper stroke ensures precise tuning, shortens gripping time, and optimises overall cycle time.
Versatile use. Compatible with two gripper sizes and three types of gripping heads for rapid adaptation to different components and production needs.
Operating hours and efficiency. Thanks to the built-in 4-times multi-turn absolute encoder, the system immediately resumes operation after a power failure or emergency stop.
Real-time diagnostics. The IO-Link interface offers reliable data exchange and real-time monitoring. Key diagnostic data supports predictive maintenance and efficient troubleshooting.
