Cooperation Procedure

Step 1

Proposal for a solution

Our product specialists and design engineers can design a bespoke solution to complement your existing system or significantly modernise and streamline it. For specific customer projects, activities from design and construction to delivery and installation of the complete hydraulic system are provided, including commissioning and set-up to the customer's required parameters, with the aim of achieving maximum energy efficiency, with an emphasis on saving as much electricity as possible. The development and production of the units are always based on the specific customer requirements and are tailored to the application.

Step 2

Production and assembly

Assembly of hydraulic equipment, installation of new components, production and assembly of piping, we will work out a schedule of assembly and production activities, in a logical sequence and coordination of the performance of work in connection with functional and comprehensive testing. All this in accordance with applicable legislation and customer requirements.

Step 3

Commissioning

Commissioning the system breathes life into the installed equipment. These activities can only be carried out by a highly specialised group of staff, capable of organising the commissioning work on these complex systems and making important technical decisions in the commissioning process. 

Step 4

Warranty and post-warranty letter

Our service provides all maintenance and optimisation tasks for your machines - availability of spare parts, repairs and technical support, which is guaranteed as standard not only for all products in the current portfolio, but also after the end of the active sales phase. Subsequently, our service experts provide service during the extended service phase. In many cases, machine lifetimes of more than 25 years can be achieved in this way.

Step 5

Training

In the specialised training courses that we organise for you from our offer, we can train your employees on the use and routine maintenance of the applications supplied by us on your devices. If you don't choose from our regular training offer, we can tailor-make a training course based on your requirements.
